On craigslist, in adult services section, there are posts regarding massage and other sexual activities. Is it safe (desiese-free) to go dere? If not what is the best place to go?

Anyone that advertizes sex for money isn’t safe. How can they be safe when they sell themselves to anyone that has enough money to buy them?
